Recipe – peanut butter chocolate cake


This cake.. Where do I even begin to describe it? It’s probably the craziest, most over the top cake I’ve ever made! Rich chocolate cake filled with peanut butter frosting, topped with dark chocolate ganache and decorated with popcorn! Yes, popcorn! And did I mention the popcorns are covered in caramel? 1st birthday cake


This past weekend I had the pleasure of making a cake for a little boy who turned one. The mother wanted a zoo cake and asked if I was able to make a cake with some fondant animals on top.
