It’s friday! And friday means dessert, right? These mini cupcakes are cardamom cakes with raspberry buttercream frosting and they were a joy to make! The cakes were super simple – pretty much just mixing everything together – and the frosting was very easy to make too! I tried a new recipe for the cake today and I loved it! Recipe – gingerbread chocolate truffles

I love truffles! Easy to make – delicious to eat! From start to finish it takes a few hours because of cooling time, but actively working on them is probably less than 30 minutes! And that creamy, smooth texture is impossible not to love! These gingerbread truffles are perfect for Christmas and are difficult to stop eating! 😉
