Finally the sun has arrived at Stockholm! We’ve had temperatures reaching 30 degrees celsius and clear blue skies for the last few days. And what better on hot summer days than cool, creamy and chocolate-y ice cream? This is an adaption of the ice cream pops I made earlier this year, and they are just as good. And so simple! Here’s the recipe! Continue reading

This is one of my absolute favorite treats! Butter-y, chocolate-y and absolutely addictive! The addition of nutella was, if I may say so myself, a stroke of genious. 😉 Then again, what doesn’t get better with nutella? But that’s not all! Continue reading
Hello everybody! Today I’m giving you the recipe for my very favorite chocolate mousse! It’s creamy, smooth, chocolate-y and just absolutely delicious. But I’m not gonna lie, it’s a bit tricky too. But well worth the effort! Just make sure to read the recipe carefully in advance so that you know all the steps, because you have to be pretty quick.
